Candice Smith has 30+ years of progressive sales/sales management experience, predominately in media sales in various industries that she is passionate about — Outdoors, Health & Fitness, Wellness and Life Sciences. She started in daily newspapers, then magazine, digital, events, radio, sponsorship and strategic partnership. As the publishing industry changed, she transitioned from the media side to the client-side in industries such as Health & Fitness, Team Sports and the CBD industry, where she could apply her business acumen, add value and continue to grow.
Candice has worked for small start-ups, mid-market and enterprise companies in addition to non-profits and family-owned companies.
Her positions were senior sales roles, sales management (regional and national). Her expertise is in revenue generation, building sustainable business relationships, creating strategic alliances, and identifying and solving problems to improve efficiencies.
She has a BA in Marketing and an MS in Management. She is an avid cyclist, hiker, rock & ice climber, nature lover and all-around outdoor enthusiast. She grew up and lived in New England most of her life, lived in Northern and Southern California and now lives outside of Denver, CO with her husband.
